Terms of Service

1. Provider

thehundred.space is operated by Euxhenjo Nexhipi, Corso Don Orione 62, 15057 Tortona (AL), Italy. Support and legal notices: euxhenjonex@gmail.com.

2. Who may purchase

You may purchase as an individual or on behalf of a creator, project, organisation or business. You must have legal capacity to purchase and all necessary rights or authorisation to submit and promote the name, link and other content you provide. Submitted information must be accurate and must not impersonate another party.

3. The service

Each purchase reserves the next sequential space in a public 100-space profile grid and publishes the submitted profile after Stripe confirms payment. Spaces cannot be chosen out of sequence and cannot be transferred without our written approval.

Publication is automated. We may later suspend or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, malicious, impersonates another party, or creates security or reputational risk.

4. Price, tax and payment

The displayed one-time price is the total charged: space 001 is €5, space 002 is €10, and each following space increases by €5. You will not be charged more than the price displayed for the space you confirm.

Stripe processes the payment and collects the payment email and payment details. Billing or tax information can be supplied where relevant. The applicable tax treatment is shown on the payment or fiscal documentation.

5. Publication and lifetime meaning

The profile is published automatically after confirmed payment. “Lifetime” means the operational life of thehundred.space; it is not a perpetual or minimum-duration guarantee. We may discontinue the service for legitimate operational, legal, security or business reasons.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service purchase, including a 14-day right in the European Union where applicable. Duplicate or unauthorised charges and failures to publish are also handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of the names, text, icons, logos and links you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, display and technically process that content for operating and promoting the grid. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the grid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Reasonable technical changes, maintenance and security measures may occur. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively; the accepted version is recorded with the purchase.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of opportunity or third-party website content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Contact euxhenjonex@gmail.com before starting a formal dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
